In 2007, 38 Media started as a graphics and website design company in downtown Boston. As we grew and began to learn more from our work and experiences, we quickly became aware that our clients needed more than just websites. Technology was changing and evolving at a rapid pace, and we sought to match that pace. With our company origins focused on design, 38 Media has always believed that technology solutions must be built with the end user in mind.

We began focusing on smart sites that supplied functionality on pace with changes in technology. 38 Media was designing user interfaces, developing user-centric applications, and planning integrated internal and external systems to support new technologies for our clients. Our team was evaluating the marketplace for solutions, building strategies based on needs, and implementing the right solutions for clients to support highly planned and functional designs.
As customer interactions increasingly followed this pattern, we decided to accept the natural transition from design to consulting. We realigned 38 Media to not only be able to address and implement solutions for clients, but also help clients plan through the process. Today, 38 Media's team operates out of Greater Boston (Brighton, to be specific), using our expertise and experience in technology to consult with our clients, face challenges, solve problems, and implement precise solutions.
Our team is led by Patrick Camacho, founder of 38 Media and lead architect. Patrick specializes in designing and building server side systems for managing data and access, with a secondary focus on front end usability and design.
Patrick founded 38 Media as a digital design firm, but its focus quickly evolved it into technology consulting. Patrick's passion for design continues to impact 38 Media through its emphasis on the user and intelligent interfaces.
Our team is managed and supported by Mark Roseboom. Mark maintains day-to-day tasks, finances, and the operational activities of both our team and our office. Mark was recruited in 2010 for his expertise in hardware and networks. From Mark's experience as an information technology specialist, he had quickly become aware of the correlation and intrinsic connection between software and hardware in technology.
With 38 Media, Mark was able to utilize his knowledge of hardware, his experience, and his desire to solve problems and apply it to our team, clients, and operational growth.
Leading the design efforts and creative services at 38 Media, Jonathan Moreira is responsible for bringing unique and innovative user interfaces to fruition. He was recruited in 2010 for his experience with complex web and mobile applications as well as his expertise in graphical user interface analysis and design.
Jonathan’s background in business information technology, development, and design has given him the ability to turn 38 Media's client visions into complete and dynamic technology solutions.
Serving as our main point of contact with the public, Rachel Tuhro directs our community relations, marketing efforts, and communications with clients. Rachel was recruited for the pupose of fostering lasting customer relationships and serving as a liason between the 38 Media and its clients.
As the most recent addition to our team, Rachel brings her experience helping small companies with brand development and community engagement.
Working as a front-end developer on our team, Iain Duggan helps 38 Media to join design and usability for clients. He helps to ensure that the user experience is a driving force behind every project.
He brings a wide array of experiences ranging from a communications background to web-development experience. His love of technology and fundamental desire to solve problems makes him an essential component to 38 Media's success.
